Excellent news that the sale of the Lyndon House Hotel in Walsall has completed. It was good to have acted on behalf of Donald Stevenson at Red Cat Pub Co.
The site generated enormous interest and over 50 viewings were carried out. Thanks to Leo Skinner at Freeths for helping to push the deal over the line. Good luck to RS Equity who acquired the Hotel.
